At Impact Dog Crates, we want you and your canine companion to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the product is free of pet hair or debris.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
